Join us for warm vibrations and guided meditation with Allie Hall this Valentine’s Day weekend! This soothing sonic experience, featuring crystal bowls, gong, and chimes, will surround you in harmonious sounds that foster deep relaxation and emotional release, and will invite in a sense of renewal & restoration. Allow the sounds to wash over you, clearing any stagnant energy and creating space for healing and harmony.

Participants should wear comfortable clothes, and bring a yoga mat and water bottle. Optional items include a blanket and eye cover.

A portion of the proceeds will benefit GRS youth camps and programs.
